Pie Guild – Caelestrasz

Guild Charter

 Attendance

To maintain the atmosphere we enjoy, attendance is not measured and we encourage everyone to have a good balance of RL with WoW. However, we carry a bloated raid roster to ensure we can always fill raids with guildies and spots are limited. If you arrive late to a raid do not expect your spot to be held or to be swapped in for someone (even a non-guildie) we have brought in for the raid.

Our current raid times are 8pm -11pm/12pm Wednesday & Friday server time.

 Character Expectations

Pie aims to be on the forefront of endgame content. To do so we require all raiders to be passionate about their raiding toons and keep gear maintained to the highest level. This includes always utilising the best gems/enchants for your gear and relative head/shoulder glyph available.

It is also expected that you maintain only one gathering trade skill on your main raiding toon and one crafting skill so you can utilise the buffs given by the respective crafting skill.

Contribution

It is expected that you can maintain your own consumables and repairs while in the guild. Raiders will have repair costs covered as we recover costs selling BoE drops that cannot be used, however this should not be depended on. It is also essential that you read this charter before considering Pie as the guild for you and to prove you have done so please use the word cattywampus in your guild app.

Our expectation is that for every raid fight whether first or last, every member is flasked, repaired and has the best food buff available.

Attitude

All members of Pie are expected to:

  • Be friendly and respectful of other guild members
  • Be on time to raids, or give notice of your absence
  • Know the fights, do the research
  • Read info & discussion on forums
  • Research your class & always ask for help if you think you can do better
  • Represent the guild well EVERYWHERE
